无缝隙管理在鼻塞式CPAP治疗新生儿呼吸衰竭护理效果、血气分析及并发症分析

摘　　要：目的分析无缝隙管理在鼻塞式CPAP治疗新生儿呼吸衰竭护理效果、血气分析及并发症分析。方法选取乌鲁木齐市妇幼保健院新生儿科2018年2月-2019年10月接收并实施无缝隙管理的30例新生儿呼吸衰竭患儿作为研究组,采取历史同期收入并实施常规护理的30例同疾病患儿为对照组,对两组护理效果、血气分析及并发症进行比较。结果研究组PaCO2(5.15±0.52)kPa、PaO2(10.15±0.94)kPa、SpO2(98.34±5.73)%及PH值(7.51±0.15)均优于对照组(P<0.05);对照组并发症发生率为30.00%,高于研究组10.00%(P<0.05);对照组满意度比研究组96.67%低(P<0.05)。结论对鼻塞式CPAP治疗新生儿呼吸衰竭实施无缝隙管理,可减少患儿并发症发生,改善患其血气指标,能提高家属满意度,临床上值得推广使用。Objective To analyze the nursing effect,blood gas analysis,and complication analysis of seamless management in the treatment of neonatal respiratory failure by nasal plug CPAP.Methods The 30 cases of neonatal respiratory failure children who received and implemented seamless management from the Department of Neonatology,Urumqi Maternal and Child Health Hospital from February 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the research group,and 30 infants with the same disease who received historical income and performed routine nursing at the same time were selected as the control group.The nursing effect,blood gas analysis and complications were compared between the two groups.Results PaCO2(5.15±0.52)kPa、PaO2(10.15±0.94)kPa、SpO2(98.34±5.73)%and pH value(7.51±0.15)in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate in the control group was 30.00%,which was higher than that in the study group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the control group was lower than that of the study group(P<0.05).Conclusions Seamless management of nasal plug CPAP in the treatment of neonatal respiratory failure can reduce the incidence of complications in children,improve the blood gas index,and improve the satisfaction of family members,which is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
