中医手法复位结合四黄散外敷治疗老年桡骨远端骨折临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中医手法复位结合四黄散外敷治疗老年桡骨远端骨折的临床疗效。方法:112例随机分为两组各56例,两组均用中医手法复位治疗,观察组加用四黄散外敷。结果:总有效率观察组高于对照组(P<0.05),PRWE评分观察组低于对照组(P<0.05),骨折平均愈合时间观察组短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中医手法复位及四黄散外敷治疗老年桡骨远端骨折提高疗效,缩短骨折平均愈合时间,改善腕关节功能。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of manual reduction of traditional Chinese medicine combined with external application of Sihuang Powder in the treatment of elderly distal radius fractures.Method:A total of 112 cases were randomly divided into two groups,with 56 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with manual reduction of traditional Chinese medicine,and the observation group were treated with external application of Sihuang Powder in addition.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The PRWE score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The average fracture healing time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:manual reduction of traditional Chinese medicine and external application of Sihuang Powder can improve the curative effect,shorten the average healing time of fractures,and improve wrist joint function in the treatment of elderly distal radius fractures.
