活血止痛散结合理筋手法治疗扳机指50例

摘　　要：目的:观察活血止痛散结合理筋手法治疗扳机指临床疗效。方法:50例用活血止痛散熏洗,同时用理筋手法治疗。结果:治愈32例,改善13例,无效5例,总有效率90%。结论:活血止痛散结合理筋手法治疗板机指效果较好。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Activating Blood and Relieving Pain Powder combined with tendon manipulation on trigger finger.Methods:Fifty cases were fumigated and washed with Activating Blood and Relieving Pain Powder,and treated with tendon manipulation.Results:32 cases were cured,13 cases improved,5 cases ineffective,and the total effective rate was 90%.Conclusion:Activating Blood and Relieving Pain Powder combined with tendon manipulation has good effect on the treatment of trigger finger.
