养阴清瘀汤联合雷公藤多苷片治疗过敏性紫癜性肾炎临床分析

摘　　要：目的:观察养阴清瘀汤联合雷公藤多苷片治疗过敏性紫癜性肾炎(HSPN)的效果。方法:80例随机分为对照组与观察组各40例。两组均给予雷公藤多苷片治疗,观察组加用养阴清瘀汤治疗。结果:总有效率观察组高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后观察组SCr、BUN、UPE水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:养阴清瘀汤联合雷公藤多苷片治疗HSPN有较好效果。Objective:To observe the effect of Yangyin Qingyu Decoction combined with Tripterygium Glycoside Tablets in the treatment of Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis(HSPN).Methods:80 cases were randomly divided into control group and observation group,40 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with Tripterygium Glycoside Tablets,and the observation group was treated with Yangyin Qingyu Decoction in addition.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of SCr,BUN and UPE in the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yangyin Qingyu Decoction combined with Tripterygium Glycoside Tablets has a good effect on HSPN.
