香砂六君子汤加味结合温针灸治疗原发性痛经寒凝血瘀型临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察香砂六君子汤加味联合温针灸治疗原发性痛经寒凝血瘀型的效果。方法:86例根据抽签法分为对照组42例和观察组44例。两组均用温针灸治疗,观察组加用香砂六君子汤加味治疗。结果:治疗3个月后,总有效率观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组VAS评分和CMSS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:香砂六君子汤加味联合温针灸治疗原发性痛经寒凝血瘀型效果较好。Objective:To observe the effect of Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction combined with warm needle moxibustion in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea with cold coagulation and blood stasis type.Methods:Eighty-six cases were divided into 2 groups according to the drawing method,42 cases in the control group and 44 cases in the observation group.Both groups were treated with warm needle moxibustion,and the observation group was treated with Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction in addition.Results:After 3 months of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The VAS score and CMSS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:Modified Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction combined with warm needle moxibustion is effective in treating primary dysmenorrhea with cold coagulation and blood stasis type.
