升清降浊法结合胸椎松动术治疗颈性眩晕60例

摘　　要：目的:观察升清降浊法结合胸椎松动术治疗颈性眩晕的临床疗效。方法:60例用升清降浊法结合胸椎松动术治疗。结果:痊愈18例,显效30例,有效8例,无效4例,总有效率93.3%。结论:升清降浊法结合胸椎松动术治疗颈性眩晕疗效较好。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the method of raising clearing and lowering turbidity combined with thoracic spine mobilization in treating cervical vertigo.Methods:60 cases were treated with the method of raising clearing and lowering turbidity combined with thoracic spine mobilization.Results:18 cases were cured,30 cases markedly effective,8 cases effective,and 4 cases ineffective.The total effective rate was 93.3%.Conclusion:The method of raising clearing and lowering turbidity combined with thoracic spine mobilization is effective in treating cervical vertigo.
