摘　　要：目的:观察放血疗法辅治奥沙利铂神经毒性的疗效。方法:56例随机分为两组各28例,两组均用含奥沙利铂化疗方案联合甲钴胺常规治疗,治疗组加用放血疗法治疗。结果:总有效率治疗组67.85%、对照组35.71%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:放血疗法辅治奥沙利铂神经毒性效果较好,优于单用甲钴胺治疗。Objective:To observe the effect of bloodletting therapy on oxaliplatin neurotoxicity.Methods:Fiftysix cases were randomly divided into two groups,with 28 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with oxaliplatincontaining chemotherapy regimen combined with mecobalamin conventional treatment,and the treatment group was treated with bloodletting therapy in addition.Results:The total effective rate was 67.85%in the treatment group and 35.71%in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of bloodletting therapy in adjuvant treatment of oxaliplatin on neurotoxicity is better than that of mecobalamin alone.
