摘  要:清原抽水蓄能电站地下厂房顶拱层开挖,采用精益光面爆破与锚喷支护相结合的施工技术。采用该技术开挖岩面不平整度、残留炮孔半孔率、断面超欠挖及炮孔接茬部位的错台,均满足规范要求,而且能够最大限度减轻爆破对围岩的扰动和破坏,尽可能保存围岩自身原有的承载能力,改善支护结构的受力状况。实践证明,该工程采用的施工技术,既加快了锚喷支护的施工进度,同时也节省了大量喷混凝土量,降低工程造价成本。The construction technology of lean smooth blasting combined with bolting and shotcrete support was used to excavate the roof of underground powerhouse of Qingyuan pumped storage power station.Using this technology to excavate rock face flatness,residual hole half hole rate, section over-undercut and fault stage at the connecting part of the hole all meet the requirements of the code, and can minimize the disturbance and damage to the surrounding rock caused by blasting, save the original bearing capacity of the surrounding rock as far as possible, and improve the stress condition of the supporting structure.Practice shows that the construction technology adopted in this project speeds up the construction progress of shot concrete and bolt support, saves a large amount of shot concrete and lowers the project cost, which can provide reference for similar projects.
