摘  要:在柠檬酸钠存在下,以N-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮(NMP)作为剥离溶剂,通过液相超声剥离石墨粉制备石墨烯纳米片(GScit),研究了石墨粉初始质量浓度和超声时间对石墨烯性能的影响。柠檬酸钠的引入不仅提高了石墨烯的剥离效率和缺陷水平,而且得到的GS-cit对Cd^(2+)、Pb^(2+)有更强的增敏效应,能够显著提高响应信号和检测灵敏度。基于此,建立了一种同时测定Cd^(2+)、Pb^(2+)的电化学方法,Cd^(2+)和Pb^(2+)的线性范围分别为1.0~100.0μg/L和0.5~100.0μg/L,检出限分别为0.49μg/L和0.21μg/L。将该方法用于牛奶样品中Cd^(2+)和Pb^(2+)的分析,测定结果与电感耦合等离子体质谱测定值相符。Graphene nanosheets(GS-cit)were prepared through ultrasonic exfoliation of graphite powder in N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone(NMP)with the assistance of sodium citrate.The influences of initial mass content of graphite powder and ultrasonic time on the properties of graphene were studied.The introduction of sodium citrate not only enhances the exfoliation efficiency and defect level of graphene,but the obtained GS-cit shows stronger enhancement effects toward Cd^2+ and Pb^(2+),which can significantly improve the response signal and detection sensitivity.Based on this,an electrochemical method was developed for simultaneous detection of Cd^(2+) and Pb^(2+).The method is linear over the range from 1.0 to 100.0μg/L(Cd^(2+)),and 0.5 to 100.0μg/L(Pb^(2+)),with detection limit of 0.49μg/L(Cd^(2+))and 0.21μg/L(Pb^(2+))respectively.This method was applied to the analysis of Cd^(2+) and Pb^(2+) in milk samples,and the results were consistent with the values that obtained by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.
