摘　　要：认为非关税壁垒中的技术壁垒已成为当今国际贸易中最棘手的问题 ,成为发达国家实行贸易保护的主要手段和高级形式。通过对技术壁垒进行研究 ,探讨有效应对措施 ,对入世后企业运营有一定指导意义。Technological barrier in nontariff barriers becomes the most serious problem in international trade,becomes the main means and advanced form for developed countries'grade protection;forward the effective measures and suggestions on operating enterprises after joining the WTO by studying technological barrier.
