摘 要:为筛选土壤中的根际溶磷菌,提高土壤中的有效磷含量,从福建省南屿林场采集杉木人工林根际土壤样本,以磷酸三钙为难溶性磷源,利用浓度梯度稀释法和溶磷圈初步筛选溶磷菌株,共获得10株溶磷细菌。形态和分子鉴定结果显示,10株溶磷细菌分别隶属于放线菌门、变形菌门和厚壁菌门细菌的5个菌属、9个菌种。副伯克氏菌CX-2、云南微球菌CX-5和苏云金芽孢杆菌CX-7分别对磷酸钙、磷酸铁和磷酸铝具有较强的溶解能力,且在pH值为5~6和温度为20~30℃的环境下溶磷能力较为稳定,可以作为杉木微生物菌肥研制的候选菌株。In order to screen phosphate solubilizing bacteria in rhizosphere soil and improve available phosphorus content in soil,10 phosphate solubilizing bacteria were obtained from rhizosphere soil samples of Cunninghamia lanceolata plantation collected from Nanyu forest farm of Fujian Province,using Ca3(PO4)2 phosphate as insoluble phosphorus source.The results of morphological and molecular identification showed that they belonged to 5 genera and 9 strains of Acidimicrobidae,Proteobacteria and Firmicutes,respectively.Paraburkholderia CX-2,Micrococcus yunnanensis CX-5 and Bacillus thuringiensis CX-7 have strong ability to dissolve calcium phosphate,iron phosphate and aluminum phosphate respectively,and the ability to dissolve phosphorus is relatively stable at the environmental pH 5-6 and temperature 20-30℃,which can be used as candidate strains for the development of C.lanceolata microbial fertilizer.
