充分利用清洁燃煤热源供暖能力,缓解燃气短供矛盾

摘　　要：我国北方集中采暖区冬季燃气紧张是全社会关注的热点,本文从政策、技术和经济角度讨论这个问题,认为应充分利用清洁燃煤热源的供暖能力,压减采暖用燃气消耗总量,缓解燃气短供矛盾。第一,挖掘现有燃煤热电厂的供暖能力,调峰、供热并举;第二,充分利用采暖期多种可能方式因地制宜供暖。The shortage of natural gas in central heating area of Northern China in winter is a hot issue concerned by the whole society.This paper discussed this problem from the perspectives of policy,technology and economy.The paper suggests that the heating capacity of clean coal-fired heat source should be fully utilized to alleviate the shortage of gas supply.Firstly,expand the heating capacity of existing thermal power plants,simultaneously perform peak shaving and heating.Secondly,make full use of the various possible ways of heating during the heating period to meet local conditions.
