摘　　要：根据新疆的实际情况,本文提出了新疆公共机构能耗定额标准的研究方法,按照不同气候区、不同公共机构类型分别确定能耗定额指标。在开展新疆公共机构能耗情况的调研、数据采集、统计计算分析基础上,编制了新疆公共机构能耗定额标准。Based on the actual situation of Xinjiang,this paper puts forward the research method of energy consumption quota standard of public institutions in Xinjiang,and determines the energy consumption quota index according to different climate regions and different types of public institutions.Based on the investigation,data collection and statistical analysis of the energy consumption of public institutions in Xinjiang,the energy consumption quota standard of public institutions in Xinjiang has been worked out.
