摘  要:以自制的锑掺杂氧化锡(ATO)@氯氧化铋(BiOCl)水性分散液为填料,自制水性含氟聚氨酯(WFPU)为成膜物,采用共混法制备了ATO@BiOCl/WFPU复合涂层。通过X射线衍射仪(XRD)、X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、紫外可见近红外分光光度计(UV-VIS-NIR)和实验室自制隔热装置等仪器对其结构、形貌和性能进行了表征。结果表明:ATO@BiOCl复合粉体成功合成。当ATO@BiOCl分散液含量为6%(以自制WFPU的质量计)时,玻璃涂层在380~780nm可见光透过率为71.2%;在780~2500nm的能量阻隔率为60.4%;与仅涂覆WFPU涂层相比,太阳模拟环境下保温箱温度下降了6.7℃。The ATO@BiOCl/WFPU composite coating was prepared by the blending process using the home-made antimony-doped tin oxide(ATO)@chloro-bismuth(BiOCl)aqueous dispersion as the composite fillers and the home-made fluorinated waterborne polyurethane(WFPU) as the binder. The X-ray diffraction(XRD),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),scanning electron microscope(SEM),ultraviolet-visible near-infrared spectrophotometer(UV-VIS-NIR),and home-made heat insulation equipment were applied to characterize the morphological structure as well as the thermal property of the coatings system. The results showed that ATO@BiOCl composite powders were successfully synthesized. When the thickness of the coatings film was 50 μm,the amount of ATO@BiOCl dispersion was 6%,the visible light transmittance of the glass coatings film at 380~780 nm was71. 20%,the energy rejection rate at 780~2 500 nm was 60. 4%. Compared to the pure WFPU,the temperature inside the test box was reduced by 6. 7 ℃ under irradiation of 70 mins.
