摘　　要：为了解企业对应用统计学专业毕业生的需求情况,作者通过走访、网络调查等方式,对数据分析相关企业进行了调研。分析指出,企业对数据分析人才的职业技能要求较高,包括软件掌握、报告撰写等方面,说明高校在统计人才培养方面应加强实践技能训练。In order to know the demand for graduates majoring in applied statistics, the investigations in enterprises related to data analysis were carried out by ways of interview and web survey etc. The analysis suggests that professional skills such as professional software application and report writing etc. are higher required for data analysts, which indicates practice skills training should be strengthened in the process of statistics talent education.
