摘　　要：毕业生就业已成为社会关注焦点,随着就业形势的不断变化,很多毕业生对于该如何择业感到比较困扰,毕业生的就业状况引起了社会各界的广泛关注和重视。本文从探析我国高校就业指导工作的历史为切入点,深入分析了目前我国高校就业指导工作的现状,依据自身发展实际,提出了一套在实践中探索、完善出的适合高校就业指导工作的提升策略,具有重要的现实意义。The employment of graduates has become the focus of social concern. With the continuous change of employment situation, many graduates are troubled by how to choose a job. The employment situation of graduates has attracted extensive attention and attention from all walks of life. Starting from the analysis of the history of employment guidance in colleges and universities in China, this paper analyzes the current situation of employment guidance in colleges and universities in China,and puts forward a set of promotion strategies suitable for employment guidance in colleges and universities explored and perfected in practice, which has important practical significance.
