摘  要:由于现有小型堆的主换热器存在传热温压损失大、不能实现在役检查、制造比较困难、无法有效防止管流振动等问题,对低温核供热堆主换热器在总体结构、流道设计等方面进行了改进,详细阐述了新方案与现有反应堆换热器方案对比及优化,并对主换热器每种工况进行了结构应力分析和内筒的外压屈曲分析。通过研究表明,低温堆主换热器新方案具有结构简单、经济性高、能够实现在役检查、易于制造等优点,值得在该堆型内推广应用。Optimization of the design of the general structure and flow path was carried out for the main heat exchanger of Low Temperature Nuclear Heating Reactor. The comparison of the schemes with and without optimization is described in detail. The structural stress and the external pressure buckling are analyzed in each working condition. The research shows that the main heat exchanger of the low-temperature nuclear heating reactor is with the advantages of simple structure, high economical performance, and easy of in-service inspection and manufacture, and thus is worth promoting and applying in such reactors.
