鼻内镜治疗鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察和探究鼻内镜治疗鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤的疗效及其预后效果。方法选取我院40例鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤患者作为本次研究主体,患者入院最早时间为2015年1月,最晚时间为2019年12月,入组后,采用单双号法对患者进行分组,分到双号者为研究组,分到单号者为对照组,每组20例,研究组采用鼻内镜术治疗,对照组采用鼻侧切开术治疗,对比两组患者术中出血量、术后患部疼痛评分、并发症发生率、治疗总有效率。结果研究组患者术中出血量(74.16±2.15)mL、术后患部疼痛评分(3.02±0.27)分均低于对照组(122.53±6.29)mL、(4.36±0.58)分,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者术后并发症发生率、治疗总有效率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤患者采用鼻内镜术治疗,具有损伤小、疼痛轻等优势,从而能全面提高其预后质量。Objective To observe and explore the efficacy and prognosis of nasal endoscopy in the treatment of inverted papilloma of the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses.Methods Forty patients with inverted papilloma of the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses were selected as the subject of this study.The earliest time of admission to the hospital was January 2015 and the latest time was December 2019.After admission,the odd and even number method was used to treat the patients. Divide into groups. Those with doublenumbers are the study group, those with single numbers arethe control group, 20 cases/group, the study group is treatedwith endoscopic sinus surgery, and the control group istreated with lateral nasal incision. Compare the two groupsThe amount of bleeding, the pain score of the affectedarea after surgery, the incidence of complications, and thetotal effective rate of treatment.Results The intraoperativeblood loss (74.16±2.15) mL and the postoperative painscore (3.02±0.27) of the patients in the study group werelower than those of the control group (122.53±6.29) mLand (4.36±0.58). The difference between the groups wasstatistically significant (P<0.05);there was no significantdifference in the incidence of postoperative complicationsand the total effective rate of treatment between the twogroups of patients, and there was no statistical significance(P>0.05). Conclusion The use of endoscopic sinus surgeryfor patients with inverted papilloma of the nasal cavity andparanasal sinuses has the advantages of less damage and lesspain, which can comprehensively improve the quality oftheir prognosis.
