摘  要:目的探讨分析尿KIM-1、尿EGF联合检测在早产儿围生期急性肾损害中的应用价值。方法此次研究,选取我院收治的110例早产儿作为研究对象,以早产儿围生期是否出现急性肾损害进行研究分组,出现患者30例为研究组,未出现患者80例为对照组,同时选取同一时间我院出生且检查健康儿童80例作为志愿组,对三组儿童的尿液指标进行检测、探讨。结果研究组患者尿液指标KIM-1相较于对照组患者、以及志愿组儿童要明显较高(P<0.05);研究组患者的尿EGF水平值相对比于对照组患者、以及志愿组儿童要明显较低(P<0.05);相关性分析结果显示,KIM-1与患者肌酐、以及肾小球滤过率呈正相关,而尿EGF与患者肌酐、以及肾小球滤过率组则呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论急性肾损害早产儿的KIM-1、以及尿EGF水平值要明显高于其他儿童,KIM-1、以及尿EGF与尿患者肌酐、以及肾小球滤过率存在密切相关。Objective To explore the application value of combined detection of urinary KIM-1 and EGF in perinatal acute kidney damage of premature infants.Methods In this study,110 cases of premature infants in our hospital were selected as the research object,and whether there was acute renal damage in the perinatal period of premature infants were divided into study group(30 cases)and control group(80 cases).At the same time,80 healthy children born in our hospital at the same time were selected as the volunteer group,and the urine indexes of the three groups were detected and discussed.Results The urine index KIM-1 of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group and the volunteer group(P<0.05);the urine EGF level of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group and the volunteer group(P<0.05);the results of correlation analysis showed that KIM-1 was positively correlated with creatinine and glomerular filtration rate,while urine EGF was negatively correlated with creatinine and glomerular filtration rate(P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of KIM-1 and urine EGF in premature infants with acute renal damage are significantly higher than those in other children.KIM-1 and urine EGF are closely related to creatinine and glomerular filtration rate in patients with acute renal damage.
