舒芬太尼在静脉术后镇痛和临床麻醉中的应用

摘　　要：目的分析舒芬太尼在静脉术后镇痛和临床麻醉中的应用。方法选择本院2018年1月—2019年4月收治的42例进行全身麻醉手术的患者,将患者分成了观察组和对照组,并且分别将舒芬太尼和芬太尼应用在前后两组中,比较两组患者的治疗效果、不良反应发生、苏醒时间和自由呼吸时间。结果观察组的治疗总有效率与对照组相比具有较为明显的差异,观察组高于对照组,而且观察组在不良反应情况方面的发生率也要低于对照组,最后观察组的苏醒时间和自由呼吸时间要短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论舒芬太尼在静脉术后镇痛和临床麻醉中的效果明显。Objective To analyze the application of sufentanil in intravenous postoperative analgesia and clinical anesthesia.Methods From January 2018 to April 2019,42 patients who underwent general anesthesia in our hospital were divided into observation group and control group.Sufentanil and fentanyl were used in the two groups before and after the operation.The therapeutic effect,adverse reactions,recovery time and free breathing time of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly different from that of the control group.The observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that of the control group.Finally,the recovery time and free breathing time of the observation group were shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Sufentanil is effective in intravenous postoperative analgesia and clinical anesthesia.
