草鱼体表粘液凝集素制备及其性质研究

摘　　要：以草鱼体表粘液凝集素为研究对象,经PBS提取粗提物后,通过离子交换层析DEAE-52对该凝集素进行初步纯化,得到一种具有凝集鸡血细胞的凝集素。该凝集素在20~40℃及pH 7~8条件下表现出较好的凝集活性,且凝集活性不依赖Ca2+的存在。依据凝血活性糖抑制试验结果,推测草鱼体表粘液凝集素可能为半乳糖结合凝集素。The lectin from surface mucus of Ctenopharyngodon idellus was extracted by PBS and purified by ion ex⁃change chromatography with DEAE-52 to obtain a lectin with agglutinated chicken blood cells.The lectin exhibited good agglutination activity at 20~40℃and pH 7~8,and the agglutination activity of the lectin was independent of the presence of Ca2+.Based on the results of coagulation active sugar inhibition test,it was speculated that the mucus lectin of Ctenopharyngodon idellus might be galactose-binding lectin.
