摘 要:针对原始设计制造商(Original Design Manufacturer,ODM)企业生产车间的特点,以某碳带公司为例,运用系统布置设计(Systematic Layout Planning,SLP)对其生产车间进行物流分析以及非物流分析,得到优化后的作业单位综合关系图和作业单位位置相关图,进而确定各作业单位的相对位置;利用Flexsim仿真软件对车间原始设施布置进行仿真建模,发现不合理之处并提出优化措施,最后结合SLP方法与Flexsim仿真模型的分析结果确定设施布置的优化方案.分析表明,优化方案对改善车间内物流、空间、半成品停留时间及设备利用等方面具有较好的效果,并且仿真模型技术在一定程度上弥补了SLP方法的局限性,使得优化方案具备更高的可行性.According to the characteristics of the production workshop of the Original Design Manufacturer(ODM)enterprise,we used Systematic Layout Planning(SLP)to carry out logistics analysis and non-logistics analysis on the production workshop of a carbon ribbon company,and obtained the optimized work unit comprehensive relationship diagram and work area location correlation diagram,and then determines the relative position of each work unit. we used Flexsim simulation software to simulate and model the original facility layout of the workshop,found the unreasonable phenomena and proposed optimization measures,and finally determined the optimization plan of the facility layout based on the analysis results of the SLP method and the Flexsim simulation model. The result shows that the optimization scheme has a good effect on improving the logistics,space,residence time of semi-finished products and equipment utilization in the workshop,and the simulation model technology makes up for the limitations of the SLP method to a certain extent,making the optimization scheme more advanced feasibility.
