摘  要:为了研究门式起重机在风雨中的流场特性以及结构响应,以某50 t门式起重机为研究对象,运用计算流体力学(CFD)技术对门式起重机进行风场模拟,通过添加离散相模型(DPM)进行风-雨共同作用工况的模拟,最后对双箱梁门式起重机与流场进行单向流固耦合计算.研究结果表明,通过对纯风环境与风雨环境下主梁的压强、起重机的应力与变形进行对比分析,风雨共同作用下前主梁迎风面正压强增大,后主梁背风面负压强降低,风驱雨的荷载效应对门式起重机的应力与变形不容忽视.In order to study the gantry crane in the flow field characteristics and structural response of the storm,with some 50 t gantry crane as research object,using the computational fluid dynamics(CFD)technology for wind field simulation of the gantry crane by adding discrete phase model(DPM)simulation working condition of the action of the wind-rain,finally,the double girder gantry crane with uniflow solid coupling flow field was calculated.By comparing the pressure of the main beam and the stress and deformation of the crane in the pure wind environment and the wind and rain environment,the results show that the positive pressure on the windward surface of the front main beam increases and the negative pressure on the leeward surface of the rear main beam decreases under the combined action of wind and rain.The load effect of wind driving rain on the stress and deformation of gantry crane should not be ignored.
