摘  要:在烧结烟气循环系统运行过程中,烟气分配器中各支管流量分配不均会导致进入各烟气密封罩内烟气流量分配不均,进而影响各密封罩内负压平衡,导致烟气外溢,造成安全事故.利用Fluent模拟软件对烧结烟气循环系统设备-烟气分配器的流场进行了数值模拟.结果表明:主管管径变化会对烟气分配器各支管流量分配产生影响;沿烟气流动方向,由于支管的分流作用,流速逐渐减小,压力逐渐增大,各支管流量依次增大;变径结构会改善主管的流速与压力分布,从而使各支管流量达到均配,多级变径结构中流量比标准偏差STD最小,各支管流量分配更均匀,但变径结构会增加管路的进出口压降,增加系统阻力,变径越多,压降越大,阻力越大.During the operation of the sintering flue gas circulation system,uneven flow distribution of each branch pipe of the flue gas distributor will lead to uneven flow distribution of flue gas entering each flue gas sealed cowling,and then which will affect negative pressure balance in each sealing cover,causing flue gas overflow and safety accidents.We used Fluent simulation software to simulate the flow field of sintering flue gas circulation system equipment-flue gas distributor.The result shows that the change of the pipe diameter of the main pipe will affect the flow distribution of each branch pipe of the flue gas distributor.Besides,along the direction of flue gas flow,due to the shunt effect of branch pipes,the flow rate is gradually smaller,the pressure gradually increased,and the flow rate of each branch pipe sequentially increased.The variable diameter structure will improve the flow velocity and pressure distribution of the main pipe,so that the flow rate of each branch pipe can be uniformly distributed.The flow rate standard deviation STD is smallest in the multi-stage,and the flow rate distribution of each branch pipe is more uniform.However,the variable diameter structure will increase the pressure drop at the inlet and outlet of the pipeline and increase the system resistance.The more variable the diameter is,the greater the pressure drop is and the greater the resistance is.
