冷等离子体对剩余活性污泥破壁消减的作用分析

摘  要:使用冷等离子体发生器对生活污水剩余活性污泥进行破壁消解,效果显著.分析了冷等离子发生器结构和作用原理,主要是冷等离子体发生器产生的臭氧对活性污泥细胞进行破壁.实验结果显示,在调至700 W的功率下,连续作用10 h以上,干污泥减量率接近90%.荧光光谱仪和气-质联用仪等分析表明,污泥消解后的上层液内有机物含量有一定增加,特别是蛋白质类物质的增加,反证了污泥的消减.The effect of using a cold plasma generator to break the wall of the surplus activated sludge of any domestic sewage treatment plant is remarkable.The mechanism and structure of the generator were analyzed,and wall-breaking of activated sludge cells took place because of ozone produced by a cold plasma generator.The experimental results show that the dry sludge reduction rate approaches to 90%under the electric power adjusted to 700 W for more than 10 h of continuous action.The analysis of fluorescence spectrometer and gas-mass spectrometer make known that the organic content in the super liquor of sludge increase to a certain extent,especially protein,which proves the sludge reduction conversely.
