摘 要:大学生是创新创业的主力军,我国实行创新驱动发展战略和人才强国战略必须优先发展教育事业。各高职院校对创新创业教育模式和体系进行了一系列探索,但仍然存在人才培养体系不健全、师资队伍建设制度不规范、创新创业教育资源缺乏的问题。在教育实践中,团学工作和创新创业教育有着密切联系,校共青团组织能在"一心双环"格局下,利用自身健全的组织结构优势、校内外资源整合优势、丰富的实践载体优势,打造专业社团,将创新创业教育融入专业课程教学;开展学生活动,培养学生创新创业素养;搭建"竞赛-实践-创业"三维教育平台等方式,有效弥补目前高职院校创新创业教育模式的不足。College students are the main force of innovation and entrepreneurship, China’s implementation of innovationdriven development strategy and talent strategy must give priority to the development of education. Higher vocational colleges have made a series of explorations on the mode and system of innovation and entrepreneurship education, but there are still some problems, such as imperfect talent training system, non-standard teacher team construction system and lack of innovation and entrepreneurship education resources. In the educational practice, there is a close connection between the work of youth League and innovation and entrepreneurship education. Under the pattern of "one heart and two rings", the organization of the Communist Youth League of the university can make use of its advantages of sound organizational structure, internal and external resources integration and rich practical carrier to build professional associations and integrate innovation and entrepreneurship education into professional curriculum teaching. Carry out student activities to cultivate students’ innovative and entrepreneurial qualities;the construction of "competition-practice-entrepreneurship" three-dimensional education platform and other ways to effectively make up for the current vocational colleges innovation and entrepreneurship education model.
