摘 要:数控机床是装备制造业的关键装备,数控机床性能评价是数控机床设计、选型和改进改型的重要依据。针对以往基于单一指标对数控机床进行可靠性评估存在难以从可靠性、维修性及精度进行全面评价的不足[1],提出一种基于层次分析法AHP和可拓法的数控机床可靠性模糊综合评价方法:首先建立数控机床可靠性评价指标体系,包括平均无故障工作时间MTBF、平均修复时间MTTR、可用度A、平均首次故障时间MTTFF和当量故障率D;其次,划分可靠性评价等级;然后分别基于AHP和可拓法计算并确定评价因素模糊权向量和评价矩阵隶属度;最后对数控机床进行可靠性模糊综合评价。将评价方法应用于某国产五轴数控加工中心可靠性综合评估,验证了评价方法的可行性和有效性,可以广泛应用于数控装备可靠性综合评估问题。CNC machine tool is the key equipment of equipment manufacturing industry.The performance evaluation of CNC machine tool is an important basis for the design,selection and improvement of CNC machine tool.In order to solve the problem that it is difficult to comprehensively evaluate the reliability,maintainability and accuracy of CNC machine tools based on single index in the past,a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of CNC machine tools reliability based on AHP and extension method is proposed.Firstly,the reliability evaluation index system of CNC machine tools is established,including MTBF and MRT Secondly,the reliability evaluation level is divided;secondly,the fuzzy weight vector and membership degree of evaluation matrix of evaluation factors are calculated and determined based on AHP and extension method;finally,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of reliability of CNC machine tools is carried out.The evaluation method is applied to the reliability comprehensive evaluation of a domestic five axis CNC machining center,which verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the evaluation method,and can be widely used in the reliability comprehensive evaluation of CNC equipment.
