摘　　要：通过对单项冠军企业的现状分析,找出基于商业模式创新的成长、跨界成长、数字化成长三种不同的单项冠军企业的成长路径及影响单项冠军企业成长的相关因素,提出了中小企业未来发展成为单项冠军的建议。Through the analysis of the current situation of single champion enterprises,this paper finds out the growth path of three different single champion enterprises based on business model innovation,cross-border growth and digital growth,and the related factors affecting the growth of single champion enterprises,and puts forward some suggestions for small and medium-sized enterprises to develop into single champion enterprises in the future.
