摘  要:以塑料滑盖产品为实例,探讨了带有内外侧抽芯机构的三板式注塑模具设计方法与技巧。针对滑盖产品上存在的复杂局部结构,借助模具CAD/CAE技术,对分型面的确定、点浇口尺寸优化、成型零件的合理设计、内外侧抽芯的机构设计和三板式模具工作原理等方面进行分析。得出此滑盖模具结构方案合理且实用,满足了模具的功用性、模具制造及后期维护的简易性和经济性。Taking the plastic sliding cover parts as an example,the design methods and techniques of a three-plate injection mold with inner and outer core pulling mechanisms are discussed.Aiming at the complex partial structure of the sliding cover parts,with the aid of mold CAD/CAE technology,the determination of the parting surface,the optimization of the point gate size,the reasonable design of the molded parts,the mechanism design of the inner and outer core pulling,the working principle of the three-plate mold has been elaborated in this paper.The injection mold structure for this sliding cover is reasonable and practical,which satisfies the functionality of the mold,the ease and economy of mold manufacturing and later maintenance.
