摘  要:内腔流量采用气流量检测的传统方式,存在效率低,可观测性不好,人工劳动强度大等特点,受测量环境的影响较大,噪音高等负面现象。根据水流量检测要点,设计了新的气动夹具,分别采集了24组测试时间和水流量值的实验数据,根据实验结果表明,采用新的水流量检测方式代替传统的气流量检测,使用量具R&R研究—方差分析法分析可知:在加工效率方面由10 min/件提升到3 min/件,在环境、稳定性、精度、可观测性及劳动强度方面都有明显的优势,对航空发动机叶片的流量准确性、稳定性有着直接的保障作用。Traditional measurement method,air flow detection,has been adopted.While this method has such characters as low efficiency,low observability and high labor intensity and so on.At the same time,it is greatly affected by the measurement environment and has negative phenomena such as noise.According to the key points if water flow detection,a new pneumatic fixture has been designed and 24 groups time data of water flow value has been collected respectively.The experimental results shows that the new water flow detection method which replace the traditional air flow detection has a better performance with using R&R study-analysis method.The processing efficiency has been increased from 10 min/piece to 3 min/piece.Water flow detection method has obvious advantages in environment,stability,precision,observability and labor intensity,and has a direct guarantee effect on the flow accuracy and stability of aero-engine blades.
