摘  要:棒材倍尺飞剪剪切的稳定性,直接制约连轧线能否正常生产,因工艺调整而引起检测信号异常导致的倍尺飞剪误动作或不动作故障发生率较高,通过对倍尺飞剪的剪切控制原理进行介绍,并分析影响飞剪剪切稳定性的原因,总结改进热检安装冷却方式,实现倍尺飞剪运行稳定,提高产品成材率的目的。The stability of double-length flying shear of bar directly restricts the normal production of continuous rolling line,and the failure rate of double-length Flying Shear due to abnormal detection signal caused by process adjustment is high,this paper introduces the shearing control principle of flying shear,analyzes the reasons that affect the stability of flying shear,and summarizes the improvement of the thermal detection method to realize the stability of flying shear and increase the rate of finished products.
