关节镜手术治疗整体钳夹型股骨髋臼撞击综合征的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析关节镜手术治疗整体钳夹型股骨髋臼撞击综合征(FAI)的临床疗效。方法82例整体钳夹型股骨髋臼撞击综合征患者,以住院号抽样随机分为实验组和对照组,各41例。对照组实施常规手术治疗,实验组实施关节镜手术治疗。对比两组患者治疗前后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、Harris评分及并发症发生情况、治疗满意度。结果治疗后,实验组患者VAS评分(2.36±2.14)分低于对照组的(5.66±3.45)分,Harris评分(89.05±3.23)分高于对照组的(73.66±4.05)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者并发症发生率为2.44%,明显低于对照组的17.07%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者治疗总满意率为95.12%,显著高于对照组的78.05%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予整体钳夹型股骨髋臼撞击综合征患者关节镜手术治疗能够提升患者治疗效果,可以在临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of arthroscopic surgery for the treatment of pincertype femoral acetabular impingement(FAI).Methods A total of 82 patients with pincer-type femoral acetabular impingement were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 41 cases in each group.The control group received conventional surgery,and the experimental group received arthroscopic surgery.The visual analogue scale(VAS)score,Harris score,occurrence of complications and treatment satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,VAS score(2.36±2.14)points of the experimental group was lower than(5.66±3.45)points of the control group,and Harris score(89.05±3.23)points was higher than(73.66±4.05)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications of the experimental group was 2.44%,which was obviously lower than 17.07%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total treatment satisfaction of the experimental group was 95.12%,which was significantly higher than 78.05%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Arthroscopic surgery can improve the therapeutic effect of patients with pincer-type femoral acetabular impingement,which can be promoted and applied in clinic.
