摘 要:采用烘干炉-预热炉-烧成炉"三炉联用"模拟烧结机生产陶粒的方式,研究不同焙烧温度和烧成时间对赤泥陶粒宏观、微观形貌结构及强度、吸水率、堆积密度等基本物理力学性能的影响。结果表明,预热温度550℃、预热时间15 min条件下,优化焙烧温度为1 115℃、烧成时间15 min。制备的赤泥陶粒整体陶质化特征显著,表层呈典型玻化特征,内部孔隙均匀;赤泥陶粒抗压强度达1.63 MPa,孔隙率为41.9%,吸水率为15.7%,堆积密度为731 kg/m~3。In this paper,the ceramsites were produced by simulating sintering machine which was constituted of three furnaces-“drying furnace,preheating furnace and sintering furnace”.The roasting temperature and sintering time for producing red mud ceramsites were studied.The influence of roasting temperature and sintering time on the basic physical and mechanical properties of red mud ceramsites were mainly researched.The properties included macro morphology,microstructure,strength,water absorption and bulk density,et al.The results showed that the optimized roasting temperature was 1115℃and sintering time was 15 min when the preheating temperature was 550℃and preheating time was 15 min.The ceramsites had remarkable ceramic character,its surface layer showed typical vitrification characteristics,and the internal pores were uniformly distributed.The strength of ceramsite reached 1.63 MPa,the porosity was 41.9%,the water absorption was 15.7%and the bulk density was 731 kg/m3.
