摘  要:利用Zn-BTC对传统水泥基材料进行改性,制备具有规整结构的Zn-BTC改性水泥基复合材料,通过傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)仪、X射线衍射(XRD)仪、扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线能谱分析(EDS)仪进行结构表征,并对抗折强度、抗压强度等性能进行测试。结果表明,当Zn-BTC的质量分数为2.0%时,改性水泥基复合材料28 d抗压强度和抗折强度分别为57.5 MPa和11.6 MPa,较未改性水泥基材料分别提高38.55%和75.75%。利用Zn-BTC改性后,水泥基材料水化产物构成未发生变化,Zn-BTC含有的活性-COOH能够诱导水化产物形成生长位点,水化产物以Zn-BTC生长过程为模板,形成具有大面积规整花簇状结构的微观形貌。Zn-BTC能对水泥基材料的微观结构进行模板化调控,并改善其力学性能。In this paper,Zn-BTC was used to modify traditional cement-based materials,and cement-based composite materials with a regular structure modified by Zn-BTC were prepared.The chemical structure were characterized by FTIR,XRD,SEM,EDS,and the flexural strength and compressive strength were also tested.The results showed that the compressive strength and flexural strength of the modified cement-based composite material after curing for 28 days are 57.5 MPa and 11.6 MPa when the content of Zn-BTC is 2%.Compared with unmodified cement materials,it increased by 38.55%and 75.75%,respectively.The composition of the hydrated products of the modified cement-based material did not change.The active-COOH contained in Zn-BTC could induce the hydrated products to form growth sites which promoted hydration products to format the aggregated structures.Hydration products follow the Zn-BTC growth process as a template to form a microscopic morphology with a large-area regular flower cluster-like structure.The Zn-BTC could template control the microstructure of cement-based materials and improve its mechanical properties.
