摘 要:以钒尾矿为主要原料,烧制球形、方形、棒状和片状4种形状不同的陶瓷颗粒,研究陶粒形状对陶粒混凝土力学性能的影响。将4组陶粒按体积比1∶1、1∶1∶1和1∶1∶1∶1进行配比组合作为粗骨料,制备陶粒混凝土,研究不同形状陶粒配比对陶粒混凝土力学性能的影响。结果表明,球形陶粒、方形陶粒与棒状陶粒体积比为1∶1∶1时,制备的陶粒混凝土抗折强度为17.9 MPa,抗压强度为46.1 MPa,综合力学性能最佳。In this paper,vanadium tailings were used as the main raw material to sinter four kinds of ceramsites with different shapes:spherical,square,rod and flake.The effects of ceramsite shape on mechanical properties of ceramsite concretes were studied.Then,the above four groups of ceramsites were combined as coarse aggregate according to the volume ratio of 1∶1,1∶1∶1 and 1∶1∶1∶1 to prepare ceramsite concrete.The effects of ceramsite gradation with different shapes on the mechanical properties of ceramsite concrete were studied.The results show that the flexural and compressive strength of the ceramsite concrete prepared with volume ratio of spherical ceramsite,square ceramsite and rod ceramsite being 1∶1∶1 is up to 17.9 MPa,46.1 MPa,the comprehensive mechanical properties of this ceramsite concrete were the best.
