摘  要:以含一氧化碳(CO)的工业尾气作为燃料,在燃烧炉燃烧后,将产生的高温气体通入煅烧炉,热解中低品位磷矿石,分解碳酸盐杂质,提升磷矿石品位。在单次煅烧的条件下,煅烧时间过短,碳酸盐未能充分分解,煅烧后的磷矿石中CO_2质量分数均大于9%,不满足黄磷生产所需磷矿石原材料需求。在多次煅烧的条件下,增加煅烧时间,得出最佳煅烧条件为:在700~850℃煅烧7 h后,900℃煅烧1 h,既可防止磷矿石结块,又使CO_2质量分数降低至1.81%,P_2O_5质量分数提高至26.9%,满足黄磷生产所需磷矿石原材料需求。The industrial tail gas containing carbon monoxide(CO)is used as fuel,after combustion in the furnace,the generated hightemperature gas is passed into the calcining furnace,and the medium and low-grade phosphate ore is pyrolyzed to decompose the carbonate impurities in it,so as to improve the grade of phosphate ore.Under the condition of single calcination,the calcination time is too short,the carbonate can not be fully decomposed,and the mass fraction of CO2 in the calcined phosphate rock is more than 9%,which can not meet the demand of raw materials for yellow phosphorus production;Under the condition of multiple calcinations and increasing the calcination time,the optimum calcination conditions are obtained as follows:calcined at 700-850℃for 7 h,then at 900℃for 1 h,which can not only prevent the agglomeration of phosphate ore,but also reduce the mass fraction of CO2 to 1.81%,and increase the mass fraction of P2O5 to 26.9%,which can meet the demand of raw materials for yellow phosphorus production.
