摘 要:为改进汽车后轴无石棉有机(NAO)摩擦材料在潮湿环境下生锈并黏结制动盘的现象,对制动盘和刹车片的锈粘连进行实验室盐雾模拟试验。研究了刹车片配方组成中活性锌粉的添加量,不同p H调节剂及其添加量对黏盘力大小的影响;同时对比了刹车片气孔率大小对黏盘性能的影响。选择在基础配方上添加体积分数2%的锌粉和体积分数5%的氢氧化钙的改进配方,进行台架性能的比较,确定通过添加锌粉和氢氧化钙能改善后轴刹车片的黏盘性能,同时保持刹车片的其他性能满足要求。In order to improve the phenomenon that the NAO friction material on the rear axle of the automobile rusts and adheres to the brake disc in a humid environment,a laboratory salt spray simulation test is carried out on the rust adhesion between the brake disc and the brake pad.The content of active zinc powder in the composition of the brake pad formula,the influence of different pH regulators and their contents on the sticking force are mainly studied;at the same time,the influence of the porosity of the brake pads on the sticking performance is also compared.Finally,through the basic formula,adding 2%volume and 5%volume calcium hydroxide to compare the performance of the bench,it is determined that adding zinc powder and calcium hydroxide can improve the sticking performance of the rear axle brake pads while maintaining the other performance of the brake pad is satisfied.
