摘　　要：为促进草莓脱毒苗生产及应用,本文依据黑龙江省气候特点介绍了草莓脱毒种苗的繁育技术,包括材料选择、组培准备工作、组培苗培养驯化、原种苗繁育管理、苗木分级等内容,以期解决草莓生产中田间无性繁殖造成的种性退化问题。In order to promote virus-free seeding of strawberry production and application,based on the climate of Heilongjiang Province features,this paper introduced strawberry virus-free seedling breeding technology,including material selection,preparation of tissue culture,tissue culture seedlings of cultivation and acclimation,original seedlings of breeding and management,the seedling classification,etc.These will solve the problem of specific degeneration caused by asexual reproduction in strawberry production.
