摘  要:本文结合可变速抽水蓄能发电电动机的指标与运行特点,在研究其设计流程和设计要点的基础上,以一台10MW交流励磁发电电动机为例,基于粒子群优化算法,以电机的效率、成本为优化设计目标。在保证热负荷满足通风要求的情况下,对定子每极每相槽数、定子槽宽、转子槽宽进行了寻优设计,实现了材料成本降低、效率提高的设计目标,形成了交流励磁发电电动机的电磁设计方案。通过对该电机电磁方案的空载特性分析,提出了对空载线电压波形畸变率过高问题的优化设计方案,建立了基于试验设计和曲线拟合以定、转子槽口宽度和单边气隙长度为优化变量的线电压基波幅值和波形畸变率的拟合公式,在其基础上通过三维粒子群优化,获得了进一步优化的发电电动机电磁优化设计方案。This article combines the index and operating characteristics of the variable speed pumped storage generator-motor,on the basis of studying its design process and design points,takes a 10MW AC excitation generator motor as an example,based on the particle swarm optimization algorithm,the efficiency and cost of the motor are optimized design goals.Under the condition of ensuring that the thermal load meets the ventilation requirements,the number of slots per pole per phase and the stator slot optimum design is carried out for the width and rotor slot width,which achieves the design goal of reducing material cost and improving efficiency,and forms the electromagnetic design scheme of AC excitation generator-motor.Through the analysis of the no-load characteristics of the electromagnetic scheme of the motor,an optimized design scheme for the problem of excessively high distortion rate of the no-load line voltage waveform is proposed.Based on the experimental design and curve fitting,the fitting formula of the linear voltage fundamental wave amplitude and the waveform distortion rate is established,which takes the width of the stator and rotor slots and the length of sided gap as variables.A further optimized electromagnetic optimization design scheme of the generator-motor is obtained through three-dimensional particle swarm optimization.
