摘 要:设计制作了一种采用高强螺栓连接的新型法兰外环板式节点试件,并对其进行了低周往复加载试验研究。采用ABAQUS有限元建模,对比法兰外环板式节点低周往复循环试验结果,主要研究了试验和有限元分析得到的破坏现象和应力云图、滞回曲线、骨架曲线和延性性能等。结果表明,有限元分析模型在焊缝、材料本构、装配条件等各个方面均进行了理想化设置,所得到的值略大于试验值,但是误差都在较小范围内,所以采用有限元建模分析是具有一定可行性的。A new type of flange outer ring plate steel joint connected by high-strength bolts was designed and manufactured and the low-cycle reciprocating loading test was carried out. Using ABAQUS finite element modeling, comparing the results of low-cycle reciprocating test results of flange outer ring plate joints, mainly researching the failure phenomenon obtained by the test and finite element analysis and the stress cloud diagram, hysteresis curve, skeleton curve, consumption performance, ductility, etc. The results show that the finite element analysis model is ideally set in terms of weld seam, material constitutive structure, assembly conditions, etc., and the obtained value is slightly larger than the experimental value, but the error is within a small range. Therefore, it is feasible to adopt finite element modeling and analysis.
