摘　　要：科技服务业作为常州市现代服务业产业链中最重要环节之一,有望成为产业结构升级转型进程中驱动经济发展的新引擎,是常州市传统产业转型升级、新兴产业发展的助推器,具有巨大的引领能力与很强的辐射带动作用。本文通过调研,发现常州市科技服务业存在业态资源要素不足、发展环境不够完善、体制不够健全等多方面问题,给出常州市需从壮大科技服务业主体、引进与培训高端人才相结合、引领与优化科技服务业发展环境等方面来推进科技服务业发展的建议,在全国具有很强的推广意义。As one of the most important links in the modern service industry chain in Changzhou,the science and technology service industry is expected to be a new engine which drives economic development in the process of upgrading and transforming the industrial structure.It is a booster for the transformation and upgrade of traditional industries and the development of emerging industries in Changzhou,which has great leading ability and strong radiation driving effect.Through investigation,this paper finds that there are many problems in Changzhou's science and technology service industry,such as the lack of business resources,the imperfect development environment and unsound systems.The author concludes that in order to promote the development of Changzhou’s science and technology service industry,the government should take actions in strengthening the industry body,combining the introduction and cultivation of high-end talents,and leading and optimizing the industrial development environment.It is of great significance in being promoted nationwide.
