摘  要:以马来酸酐和对氨基苯酚为反应原料,合成了小分子前驱体N-对羟基苯基马来酰亚胺(HPM),再以HPM、苯胺和多聚甲醛为原料,在乙醇溶剂中进行曼尼希反应,合成了含有单马来酰亚胺结构的疏水苯并噁嗪单体(HPM-s-BOZ)。然后以4-氰基-4-(硫代苯甲酰)戊酸为链转移剂,HPM-s-BOZ、聚乙二醇甲醚甲基丙烯酸酯为单体,在偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)的引发下,通过可逆加成-链转移(RAFT)聚合,得到水中以纳米尺度均匀分散的苯并噁嗪聚合物,并用核磁共振等方法对材料进行了表征。此方法可制备粒径大小可控、水溶液中分散均匀的新型苯并噁嗪材料,有效克服了传统苯并噁嗪水溶性差等缺陷。The small molecule precursor N-p-hydroxyphenyl maleimide(HPM)was synthesized from maleic anhydride and p-aminophenol.Hydrophobic single benzoxazine monomer(HPM-s-BOZ)containing monomaleimide segments was then synthesized by Mannich reaction from N-p-hydroxyphenyl maleimide,aniline and polyformaldehyde with ethanol as solvent.After the reversible addition-fragmentation chain transfer(RAFT)polymerization of hydrophobic single benzoxazine monomer and polyethylene glycol methyl ether methacrylate with azodiisobutyronitrile(AIBN)as initiator in the presence of 4-cyano-4-(thiobenzoyl)valeric acid,aqueous dispersible benzoxazine polymer could be obtained.The benzoxazine polymer with a controlled molecular size could find more and more potential applications in different fields because it effectively overcomes the defects of poor water solubility compared with traditional benzoxazine materials.
