摘  要:以间苯二甲酰氯和2-(4-氨基苯基)-5-氨基苯并咪唑为原料,以N,N-二甲基乙酰胺为溶剂,通过低温溶液缩聚制备了含咪唑结构的间位芳香族聚酰胺树脂,然后通过干湿法纺丝得到芳纶长丝,并对其结构和性能进行了考察。结果表明,含咪唑结构的改性间位芳香族聚酰胺树脂纺丝过程稳定,所得纤维长丝粗细均匀、表面光洁,并具有优异的力学性能、热稳定性和阻燃性,其拉伸强度达0.76 GPa,拉伸模量达18 GPa,断裂伸长率为6%左右,初始热分解温度达440℃,800℃残炭率高达58%,在535℃以下,在空气中的稳定性甚至优于氮气氛围,其阻燃等级为V-0级别,极限氧指数、灼热丝起燃温度、灼热丝可燃性指数分别高达46%,930℃和960℃。An imidazole-containing aramid resin was obtained by low-temperature polycondensation of 2-(4-aminophenyl)-5-aminobenzimidazol and isophthalic dichloride,using N,N-dimethylacetamide as solvent,and imidazole-containing aramid fibers were prepared by dry jet-wet spinning.The structure and performance of the imidazole-containing aramid resin and fibers were explored.It is demonstrated that the imidazole-containing aramid resin could be spun smoothly,and the resulted fibers are uniform and possess excellent mechanical properties,thermal resistance,and flame retardant.The tensile strength and modulus of the aramid could reach to 0.76 GPa and 18 GPa,respectively,with an elongation ratio of 6%.The initial degradation temperature of the fibers in both nitrogen and air is about 440℃,the residue mass ratio in nitrogen under 800℃is above 58%,and perform even better stability in air than in nitrogen below 535℃.The flame retardant level reaches V-0 level.The limiting oxygen index,glow-wire ignition temperature and glow-wire flammability index of the fibers are up to 46℃,930℃and 960℃,respectively.
