摘  要:采用单因素实验方法,对聚乳酸(PLA)与聚己内酯(PCL)的共混物进行间歇微发泡实验,研究PCL/PLA共混物的流变性能与微发泡材料泡孔形貌之间的关系。采用旋转流变仪和扫描电镜分别对共混物的流变特性与发泡样品的泡孔形貌进行表征。结果表明,随着PLA含量的增加,共混材料的储能模量、耗能模量和复数黏度增加,tanδmax先减小后增加;微发泡材料的泡孔尺寸先减小后增加,泡孔密度先增大后减小,PLA含量30%的微发泡材料的泡孔分布最为均匀致密。微发泡泡孔结构受熔体黏性和弹性的共同作用,其中弹性效应(应变硬化)的作用更加关键。The relationship between rheological properties of PCL/PLA blends and the cell morphologies of microcellular materials was investigated based on single factor experiment method.The rheological properties of the blends and morphologies of the microcellular materials were characterized by rotary rheometer and scanning electron microscope.The results show that as the PLA content increases,the storage modulus,loss modulus and complex viscosity of the blends increase,and tanδmax decreases first and then increases;the cell size of the micro foaming materials is decreased first and then increased,and the cell density is increased first and then decreased;the cell size distribution of the micro foaming materials with 30%PLA content has the most uniform and dense cell structure.The micro cell structure is affected by the comprehensive effect of viscosity and elasticity of the melt,and the elastic effect(strain hardening)is more important.
