摘 要:新型冠状病毒肺炎(简称新冠肺炎)患者出院人数日益增多,做好病后调护工作至关重要。“食复”指由于病愈后,脾胃虚弱,进食不当所致的恶心、呕吐、腹胀、腹痛、发热等不适。基于“食复”理论及新冠肺炎的疾病、证候特点,新冠肺炎患者治愈后宜清淡饮食,并根据舌苔、食欲、大便的情况调整饮食,注意静养,以防“食复”发生。The number of patients discharged from hospital in COVID-19 is increasing day by day,so it is very important to do well the nursing work after illness.“Recurrence caused by dietary irregularity”refers to the discomfort such as nausea,vomiting,abdominal distension,abdominal pain and fever caused by improper eating due to the weakness of spleen and stomach after illness.Based on the theory of“recurrence caused by dietary irregularity”and the disease and syndrome characteristics of pneumonia in COVID-19,COVID-19 patients should eat light food after cure,and adjust their diet according to tongue coating,appetite and stool,pay attention to rest,so as to prevent“recurrence caused by dietary irregularity”.
