高校实行完全学分制的改革细节——以青岛理工大学琴岛学院为例

摘　　要：完全学分制是高校现阶段重要的改革方向之一,其有利于贯彻因材施教原则,有利于调动教师教学的积极性,提高教师素质,有利于促进教学管理的科学化。实施完全学分制势在必行,该文从青岛理工大学实际出发,分别从教学计划、教师团队建设、做好师生员工的思想动员工作、升级硬件设施等方面,论述了青岛理工大学在完全学分制改革上做出的有益探索。Complete credit system is the most important reform direction of colleges and universities at present.Its advantages of being conducive to implementing the principle of teaching students according to their aptitude,to arousing teachers'enthusiasm in teaching and improving their quality,and to promoting the scientific management of teaching,make complete credit system imperative.Based on the reality of the writers'school,this paper discusses the beneficial exploration made by it for the complete credit system reform from the aspects of teaching plan,teacher team building,the ideological work of teachers and students and the upgrading of hardware facilities.
