摘　　要：寝室作为高校学生居住休息的场所,占据了大学生在校期间三分之一以上的时间,对青年学生有着重要的影响。在学习共同体视角下,只有充分发挥寝室团体与学生个体的主动性,才能逐渐形成完整的体系,建立起有效运行的机制。把学习共同体理论引入学习型寝室的建设中,能够挖掘寝室的学习功能,加强寝室文化建设,促进大学生的全面发展。The dormitory,as a place for college students to live and rest,occupies more than one-third of college students'time at school.As an informal small group,it has an important influence on college students.From the perspective of learning community,only by giving full play to the initiative of the dormitory group and the individual students can a complete system be gradually formed and an effective operating mechanism be established.It is necessary to introduce the theory of learning-oriented communities into the construction of learning-oriented dormitories and promote it in practice,in order to optimize the dormitory learning structure,strengthen dormitory culture construction,and promote the overall development of college students.
