摘　　要：受“城市化”进程的影响,我国城区消防工作凸显出许多问题和薄弱环节。介绍了城区存在的消防隐患,如社会面火灾隐患、单位消防安全意识淡薄、物业管理公司管理消防工作滞后、消防工作责任制落实不到位、消防预警机制不完善等,提出了切实转变政府职能、深入排查整治、加强公共消防设施建设、提升社会化消防宣传水平等对策措施。Affected by the process of"urbanization",the fire protection work in urban areas of our country has highlighted many problems and weaknesses.Introduced the hidden fire hazards in urban areas,such as social fire hazards,poor awareness of fire safety in units,lagging in the management of fire protection by property management companies,inadequate implementation of fire protection work responsibility systems,and imperfect fire protection early warning mechanisms.Relevant countermeasures were proposed,such as in-depth investigation and remediation,strengthening the construction of public fire protection facilities,and improving the level of socialized fire protection publicity.
