摘  要:为了提高煤矿提升机的安全性、可靠性,完善煤矿提升机的安全制动系统,研究了煤矿提升机减速转换装置控制系统,在煤矿提升机制动系统的技术要求基础上,设计了提升机恒力矩—恒减速转换装置液压系统及硬件构架,选用S7-300 PLC作为硬件系统的核心控制器,设计了信号隔离模块和光电隔离模块;软件设计部分主要分析了PLC主程序运行流程,并设计了人机界面,主要包括提升机运行状态监视、工作指示、故障信息、主/备溢流阀切换、参数设置等。研究为煤矿的安全提升提供了技术支持。In order to improve the safety and reliability of coal mine hoist and improve the safety braking system of coal mine hoist,the control system of deceleration conversion device of coal mine hoist was studied.Based on the technical requirements of the braking system of the mine hoist,the hydraulic system and hardware structure of the constant torque constant deceleration conversion device of the hoist were designed.S7-300 PLC was selected as the core controller of the hardware system,and the signal isolation module and photoelectric isolation module were designed.In the part of software design,the running process of PLC main program was analyzed,and the man-machine interface was designed,which mainly included the operation status monitoring,work indication,fault information,main/standby relief valve switching,parameter setting,etc.The research provides technical support for the safety improvement of coal mine.
