摘 要:支护参数的选择是巷道锚杆支护的关键技术。正确选择参数有利于发挥锚杆支护优势,确保巷道安全。支护过剩会影响掘进速度,巷道顶板不易垮落,易造成安全隐患。支护不足则不能有效控制围岩变形,不能满足巷道的安全使用。通过数值模拟、理论计算,优化马堡煤业锚杆长度、锚杆支护密度参数,并应用于矿井支护,实现了安全生产。The selection of supporting parameters is the key technology of roadway bolt supporting.The correct selection of parameters is conducive to giving full play to the advantages of bolt supporting and ensuring roadway safety.Excessive support will affect the speed of excavation,the roof of the roadway is not easy to collapse,and it is easy to cause safety hazards.Insufficient supporting cannot effectively control the deformation of surrounding rock and cannot satisfy the safe use of the roadway.In this paper,through numerical simulation and theoretical calculation,the parameters of the length of bolts and the density of bolt supporting of Mabu Coal Industry had been optimized,and they had been applied to mine supporting to realize safe production.
